Specialization of “Architectural Environment Design” 16.03. By the order of OshTU’s rector by No. 7-01/344, 2001, the “Architecture, Design and Graphics” sector was organized at the “Construction Production” department of the Civil Engineering Faculty. 8.10. In 2004, by order of the OshTU’s rector No. 09-04/319, the Department of Architecture, Design and Graphics was formed.
Currently acting head of the department is Associate Professor Elmira Satarovna Rysbekova. The Department of Architecture, Design and Graphics is located in the 2nd academic building of Osh Technological University at 2/106. The department trains highly qualified specialists in the fields of 750100 Architecture and 750200 Design of the Architectural Environment in the full-time training form, the duration of training is 5 years.In preparing highly qualified specialists, the ADG department works in close cooperation with the departments of urban planning and architecture, design institutions and companies of the Republic.Educational activities of the department: In order to achieve great success in teaching students, in realizing their views and creative ideas, the of architects’ workshop had signed an agreement with institutions that have a workshop. This is the workshop of the Osh Regional Main Department of Urban Planning and Architecture and Arch.Aalam LLC.
