History and Mission
The Humanities and Technology College (HTC) was established by Rector’s Order No. 09-04/140 on April 22, 2004, as a structural unit of OshTU.
Mission: “To train competitive specialists for various sectors of the national economy who possess high-level theoretical and practical skills, exceptional personal qualities, and the ability to enhance the production potential and economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.”
Structural Organization
Following the 2024–2025 academic year structural optimization, the college was reorganized to align with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Education.” Former departments have been transformed into Subject-Cycle Commissions (SCC), organized under the following divisions:
