Subject-Cycle Commission of Computer and Digital Technologies (SCC CDT)

Brief History In the 2024–2025 academic year, the IT department of the Humanities, Pedagogy, and IT Technologies Division at the GTC OshTU was headed by lecturer Bektur Kadyrbekovich Omurzakov. By Rector’s Order No. 332-OB dated September 1, 2025, the IT unit was divided into two separate departments:

SCC of Programming and Information Innovation (Head: Bektur Kadyrbekovich Omurzakov).
SCC of Computer and Digital Technologies. Since September 1, 2025, the Subject-Cycle Commission of Computer and Digital Technologies has been headed by Musharapkan Teshevna Atamkulova, Candidate of Technical Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor.

Faculty and Staff Currently, the training of specialists is provided by 11 faculty members (10 full-time and 1 part-time). The department includes:

1 Candidate of Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor;
1 Senior Lecturer;
9 Lecturers;
1 Academic Support Staff.

220206 – Automated Information Processing and Control Systems (by industry);
230108 – Computer Systems and Complexes (by industry);
230110 – Maintenance of Computer Equipment and Computer Networks;
210406 – Communication Networks and Switching Systems.

Based on Grade 11 (High School): 1 year 10 months;
Based on Grade 9 (Middle School): 2 years 10 months;
Correspondence (Distance) Education: 2 years 4 months.
