At the Osh Technological University, the department of “Technology Processing of Agricultural Products” held a master class on the topic “Manufacturing of modern confectionery products” dedicated to Confectioner’s Day.
The event was attended by university faculty, students and undergraduates. This master class was conducted by masters of the TP of AP(M)-23 group. They prepared popular, beloved dishes, such as 3 chocolate desserts and meringue rolls, and also shared cooking technology, secrets and recipes.
According to the curriculum, students of the department study in depth the discipline “Technology of Bread, Pasta and Confectionery” in various forms of study at college, bachelor’s and master’s degrees. This master class will be very useful for those who are interested in creating a potential business in this area.
Masters and students of the department will further develop new food recipes for dietary and preventive purposes.
