The General Office (Administrative Department) was created in accordance with the resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic “On approval of the staffing levels of organizations of secondary and higher vocational education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic” and the order of the rector of OshTU dated May 26, 2023 No. 158 on structural changes.
The General Department is an independent structural subdivision of the University, acting on the basis of the Charter of the University.
The main objectives of the department are organization, management, coordination, control and implementation of works on documentary support of the university management.
The main objectives of the General Department are:
- Ensuring a uniform order of organization and maintenance of record keeping in the structural subdivisions of the University.
- Unification of the forms of documents, creation of samples of documents of the university.
- Organization of office work in the university in accordance with standards and regulatory and methodological documents.
- Registration and accounting of documents of the university.
- Organization of control over the timely execution of documents in accordance with the resolutions of the university.
The department consists of: chief, chief specialist, senior inspector, record keeper and operators.
