Experience: lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, acting professor of the Department of Social Sciences, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Education, Head of the Department of Social Sciences, Deputy Director for Research and External Relations, Deputy Director for Educational Work, Director of the International Uzgen Institute of Technology and Education by academician B. Murzubraimov of Osh Technological University ( 2000-2022). Since 2022 Vice-Rector for External Relations and Development of the Osh Technological University.
Published works: Research work: author of about 150 scientific and educational works (more than 1400 points), including 9 scientific articles in the abstract databases Scopus and Web of Science. Scientific articles were published in China, the USA, the CIS countries, the European Union, etc.
