Mamyotov Ulukbek Zhanyshovich – 1 Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Osh State University.
Born on January 13, 1973.
Education, academic degree, and title: In 1996, he graduated from the History Department of Osh State University with a degree in History and Social Sciences and Humanities. He is the author of more than 20 scientific articles, 5 textbooks, and 2 monographs.
From 1995 to 1997, he was a history teacher at Secondary School No. 5 named after Ch. Aitmatov in Osh. He is a lecturer at Osh Trade College and, since 2000, has been the head of the Department of Social Sciences at Osh State University. From 2000 to 2002, he was the head of the Center for Sociological Research at Osh Technological University.
From 2003 to 2005, he was the chairman of the Youth Committee at Osh Technological University. From 2005 to 2007, he was the deputy dean for academic affairs at the Faculty of Management and International Relations OshTU. From 2007 to 2009, he was director of the Department of Educational Work and Social Development at OshTU. From 2009 to 2012, he was deputy dean for academic affairs at the Faculty of Management and International Relations at OshTU. From 2017 to 2020, he was Head of the Department of Social Sciences. From 2020 to November 1, 2022, he was Chairman of the OshSU Joint Trade Union Committee. Since November 1, 2022, he has been working as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at OshSU.
Awards: Certificate of Honor and Diplomas from the university in 2001, 2003, 2004, and 2006.

- In 2021, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz state, awarded the Hero of Independence medal and a certificate of honor.
- In 2021, on the occasion of Teacher’s Day, he was awarded the “Excellence in Education” badge by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
