Innovative activity. The experimental laboratory “Processing and Enrichment of Minerals” is developing a technology for the production and testing of new building materials. Kaldybaev N.A.). Currently, the laboratory has developed a new technology for the production of binder composite materials from mining waste. Prototypes of roman cement have been made from limestone-shell sawing waste, and the primary MVP product is being tested. Based on the results of experimental work performed in this laboratory, 1 patent was obtained and 2 applications for an invention were prepared.
Design and technological documentation for new architectural and construction products has been prepared. Prototypes of the basement block were obtained and laboratory tests were carried out in the conditions of the OshTU Technopark. The technology for the production of facade slabs has been developed and, together with the State of Emergency, Gapirov, prototypes of slabs have been manufactured. Certification tests of the plates have begun in the laboratory of the Stroystandart RC.
The design parameters of small architectural forms using crushed architectural and construction products made of natural stone are substantiated. A catalog album entitled “Small architectural forms using natural stone” has been prepared. Based on the results of R&D, scientific recommendations have been prepared for the modernization of the historical and architectural complex Suleiman Llp with architectural and construction products made of decorative natural stone within the framework of the project “Regional Economic Development of Osh Region and Osh City” (implemented by the Osh City Hall and the Agency for Community Development and Investment of the Kyrgyz Republic (ARIS). An act of transfer of scientific recommendations to the National Historical and Archaeological Museum Complex “Sulaiman-Too” has been drawn up for subsequent use in the process of landscaping the territory of Sulaiman Mountain.
The Geotechno Group is testing the following innovative decorative architectural and construction products:
decorative gypsum stone with the texture of “Suleymanka“ for cladding buildings (an application for an invention has been filed);
red pigment ”ochre” for painting wall and road materials (patented) ;
cellular stone concrete with the “Sary-Tash” texture for large-block construction of low-rise buildings (an application for an invention has been prepared);
the basement stone with the texture of “Saitash”;
decorative brick “Aktash” from limestone-shell sawing waste;
binders (roman cement, decorative mix) from limestone-shell waste (pilot tests are underway).
