In accordance with the rector’s order No. 09/01-03 dated June 30, 1997, taking into account the areas of study at the faculty, the Department of Building Structures was renamed the Department of Highways and Airfields (ADI). Since May 2013, the department has been headed by Associate Professor M.M. Zhalaldinov.
Currently, the department conducts educational, research, methodological, and practical activities in the field of 750500 – “Construction,” which meets the requirements of state educational standards for higher education.
Currently, the department employs Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor S.D. Duyshoev, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor A.V. Tsoi, Associate Professors E.A. Teshaev and M.M. Zhalaldinov of OshSU, Senior Lecturer Ch.K. Turabyev, and one support staff member.
