The Institute of Innovative Information Technologies is a structural subdivision of the M.M. Adyshev Osh Technological University.
The main task of the Institute of Innovative Information Technologies is to implement modern, comprehensive, innovative educational programs that develop new competencies and qualifications required by IT specialists and entities of modern society.
The goal of the institute is to train bachelors, masters, and doctoral students in the field of programming and information technologies, as well as to preserve and develop the best traditions of the system of higher professional education and science in Kyrgyzstan.
HISTORY OF THE INSTITUTE
Based on a decision by the Academic Council of Osh Technological University, the Faculty of Cybernetics and Information Technologies was established in 2000.
The first dean of the faculty was Professor Sh.M. Saidamatov, Candidate of Technical Sciences. Over a quarter of a century, the faculty has trained more than 15,000 specialists in the field of programming and information technology.
On August 26, 2024, it was renamed the Institute of Innovative Information Technologies.
THE INSTITUTE TODAY
About 40 employees work on the institute’s five educational programs, including two doctors of science, professors, 15 candidates of science, associate professors, and eight masters.
Today, the institute has 935 students, 62 master’s students, and 6 doctoral students. In order to improve the quality of education and training of highly qualified specialists, reliable partnerships are established and strengthened with employers, graduates, and higher education institutions in the republic and abroad.

The Academic Council of the Institute consists of 15 members elected from among the teaching staff and the chair of the Institute’s Student Senate. The chair of the Academic Council of the Institute of Information Technologies is Arzybaeva Mendi Abdisalimovna, and the secretary is Turdubaeva Zhyldyz Alimbekovna.
The chair of the institute’s methodological commission is Sonunbu Zhyrgalbekovna Artykbaeva, candidate of geographical sciences and associate professor.
The chair of the trade union is Zirek Turdalievna Malikova.
