The Master’s Department was formed on the basis of the order of Osh Technological University Rector dated on September 4, 2013 No. 09-04/181. The regulations on the Master’s degree were revised and approved on January 27, 2023 at the Academic Council of OSH Technological University (Protocol No3).
The main goal of opening a master’s degree is: providing highly qualified competitive personnel in fundamental and applied sciences, educational systems, science and culture, as well as in government bodies to meet the state standard. The material and technical base of the master’s program meets the requirements of the educational programs to arrange the educational process being implemented. It is equipped with a library and information resources.
Academicians of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Honored Workers of Science and Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, 13 doctors of sciences, 60 candidates of sciences and 20 masters train in the Master’s Degree department.
Master’s laboratories and classrooms are equipped with modern educational furniture, computers, traditional and multimedia boards, stands, technical equipment and related laboratory equipment.
In order to implement the integrating strategy of the university into the global educational space, the master’s program collaborates closely with leading universities in the world.
The Master’s Department has agreements with a number of foreign partner universities and actively participates in academic mobility programs within the educational program, which proves the compatibility of the educational program with partner universities. The department regularly arranges seminars and trainings with the participation of invited professors from leading European universities.
