Based on the recommendations of the Optimization Commission for the Humanities and Technology College (GTC) and structural reports from the academic office, significant reorganization was implemented for the 2024-2025 academic year. Following the Rector’s Order No. 09-04/404 dated July 2, 2024, “On Structural Changes of OshTU,” two new departments and the Center for Social and Natural Sciences were established within the College.
In compliance with the Regulations on Secondary Vocational Education Organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic, all former departments within the GTC have been reorganized into Subject-Cycle Commissions (SCC).
Head of the Department: Gulayim Abdyldaevna Zikirova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (PhD), Associate Professor.
Department Overview
The Department is a fundamental structural unit of the Humanities and Technology College, managing the organization of the educational process alongside methodological, scientific, and educational initiatives.
The primary mission is to administer educational programs for approved disciplines based on the State Educational Standards of Secondary Vocational Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, aligning with the GTC mission and institutional work plans.
