  • Accounting at Osh Technological University


    The main tasks of the accounting department of OshTU are:

    • systematic formation of complete and reliable information on the activities of the entities and bringing it to internal and external users of financial statements;
    • preparation of financial statements in accordance with the requirements of this Law and IFRS as of the date of preparation of the financial statements;
    • providing information for compiling other types of reporting provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
    • providing information for monitoring compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the implementation of economic operations by the entities;
    • adoption of accounting policy and its consistent implementation;
    • existence and functioning of the internal control system.

    Accounting OshTU is conducted in accordance with the requirements of IFRS.

    In the accounting department of OshTU, accounting work is carried out by 7 accountants, according to the staff schedule of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.  The structure of the accounting department consists of the following: Chief Accountant, Deputy Chief Accountant and accountants (material accountant, accountant, accountant for students).

    Chief Accountant of OshtuMomunov U.N.Higher education.  In 1992 he graduated with honors from the Jalal-Abad Financial College, majoring in Accounting, in 2002 he graduated with honors from Oshtu University, majoring in Finance and Credit.  In 2017 he defended his thesis of candidate of economic sciences, was awarded with honorary certificates of the Osh city administration, the governor of Osh oblast, the Ministry of Education and Science of the KR, was awarded with a badge “Excellent worker of the KR formation”.

    The staff of the planning and finance department consists of 3 employees, including:

    The Osh Technological University has three academic buildings, a library, a hostel located at Osh, Isanov Str. 81-86, and a technology college (Isanov St.-35a).
